At tl;dr pharmacy, we want you to love your fashion finds as much as we do, which is why we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to ensure your return is tracked and safely delivered back to our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
